Member Account Manager Job Description

 

1.  Receives online application forms.

 

2.  Receives any hardcopy application forms turned in at the August kick-off picnic and enters the data.

 

3.  Sends emails to new and returning applicants listing appropriate (early or late) application fee.  The email should include a mailing address for those who do not elect to use PayPal and would prefer to mail a check.

 

4. Activates each applicant's account on the www.ncfath.com accountw when notified of receipt of each application fee by treasurer.

 

5.  Sends an email to applicants notifying them of activation of their account.

 

6.  Keeps a list of all new and returning members to give to www.ncfaith.com editor.

 

7.  Notifies the Picnic Coordinator for New Member Booth of new members who join before the August kick-ff picnic and supplies their contact information.

 

8.  Notifies the Welcome Committe of new members and supplies their contact information.

 

9.  Deactivates accounts of those members who have not rejoined by the beginning of June.

 

10.  Sends an email to members with deactivated accounts and reminds them it is time to rejoin if they wish.
