Graduation Chair Person Job Description
It is recommended that the Graduation Chair Person does not have a student graduating that year.
1. Coordinate with parents of graduating seniors to assure that all aspects of graduation are completed.
2. Be familiar with requirements to graduate with F.A.I.T.H.
3. Use descriptions and timelines in graduation notebook as guidelines for accomplishing necessary tasks.
4. Schedule and facilitate 4-6 monthly meetings with the graduation committee. The graduation committee consists of at least one of each graduate's parents who must attend and serve on the committe, actively assuming a graduation job responsibility to aid in the graduation process. This is not considered their F.A.I.T.H. job. Graduates may attend and participate if desired.
5. Maintain contact with assigned Board Member.
6. Attend the graduation ceremony and update the graduation notebook with any suggestions or comments you believe to be helpful for future graduations. Include any new/additional information from suppliers/vendors.
7. Attend set up and dress rehearsal. Rehearsal is required for one parent and each graduate. Set graduation date by 1st or 2nd meeting.
